We aim to get every order out the door within 1–2 working days.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your Paw on Board package every step of the way.

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days – FREE on orders over £50

• UK Express Delivery: Next working day – £6.95 (order before 1 pm)

• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Hassle-Free Returns

We want you—and your pup—to love your purchase. If you’re not completely happy:

1. Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@pawonboard.co.uk.

2. We’ll send you a return authorisation and instructions.

3. Return the product in its original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

Please note:

• Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the item.
